What you will do

• Oversee the entire SDLC to ensure features are delivered on time, on budget, and align with business requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and coach multiple distributed, cross-functional engineering teams across different time zones and cultures.
• Drive engineering excellence, including CI/CD evolution and the integration of AI-assisted/agentic SDLC practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management to decompose requirements into prioritized deliverables and manage shifting priorities.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, validate acceptance criteria, and report progress to the Leadership Team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience leading software engineering teams.
• Mandatory professional background in software development (Software Engineer/Developer).
• Strong understanding of Project Management frameworks, Agile best practices, and DevOps principles in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of managing distributed virtual teams and coaching team leads.
• Fluent English (C1+) for daily international cooperation.
