What you will do

• Coach and mentor engineers through personalized development plans and actionable feedback.
• Provide architectural oversight for event-driven systems powering claims, refunds, and reverse logistics.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations leaders to define roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features using Agile methodologies and an AI-native SDLC.
• Drive operational standards including on-call rotations, incident response, and automated testing.
• Champion the strategic adoption of AI capabilities across engineering and product workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience in high-volume transactional domains like e-commerce or payments.
• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Leader managing teams and owning delivery.
• Deep expertise in service-oriented and microservice architectures.
• Practical experience with cloud-native and serverless architectures on AWS.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Must be based in the US with the ability to lead remote teams across multiple time zones.
