What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year target architecture across the entire product suite to balance autonomy with platform leverage.
• Develop strategies for flexible deployment across on-premise, private cloud, public cloud, and pure SaaS models.
• Drive the platform and shared-services strategy for identity, data, integration, and observability to reduce fragmentation.
• Embed security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (financial services standards) into the architecture by design.
• Establish and manage architecture governance, including standards, decision records, and technology radars.
• Lead and mentor a community of architects and senior engineers to grow architectural capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with significant experience in senior architecture, principal, or chief-level roles.
• Proven track record of owning architecture for enterprise-grade products delivered via both on-premise and cloud/SaaS models.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, multi-tenancy, data architecture, and at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Kubernetes.
• Experience operating in regulated environments, ideally within financial services.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Raanana, Israel.

• Experience evolving legacy on-premise portfolios toward cloud and SaaS without disrupting enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of multi-region data residency, sovereignty, and localization requirements.
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost governance at scale.
• Background with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
