Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in our New York City office)

Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 annually

What you will do

• Drive PE partnership strategy & deal management.
• Serve as hirify.global’s primary day‑to‑day contact for multiple PE sponsors.
• Drive PortCo activation by identifying high‑value AI use cases.
• Own pipeline development and revenue targets for assigned sponsors.
• Build and update concise enablement assets for sponsors and PortCos.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Security, RevOps, and Customer Success to move deals forward and feed learnings into the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS and/or fintech across partnerships, BD, sales, PE‑backed operating roles, or management consulting serving PE clients.
• Direct experience with technology partnerships with PE sponsors or multi‑entity / portfolio structures strongly preferred.
• Proven track record working with sales to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strong program/project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in AI and agentic AI concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
