Location: Remote (Open to candidates based near offices in Boston, Vancouver, Chicago, or fully remote)
Salary: $190,000–$220,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and transform the operational infrastructure across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Ops, Creator Ops, and Enablement.
- Manage critical GTM outcomes including pipeline mechanics, forecasting, territory design, and lead routing.
- Modernize the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, etc.) and implement AI-powered workflows and agent-assisted processes.
- Establish a rigorous operational cadence including weekly performance reviews and quarterly planning cycles.
- Lead and develop a team of managers and directors across six operational sub-functions.
- Serve as the senior operational partner to the CRO, CMO, and CFO to drive GTM execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or business operations at a SaaS, marketplace, or tech company.
- 5+ years leading operations functions at the senior manager, director, or VP level, with experience managing other managers.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and experience with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated experience building AI workflows and automations using tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in ARR/MRR modeling and unit economics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple GTM segments (Enterprise, Mid-market, SMB).
Nice to have
- Experience in influencer marketing, the creator economy, or affiliate marketing.
- Background operating in PE-backed or pre-IPO environments with board-level reporting.
- Familiarity with data enrichment and prospecting tools such as Clay or ZoomInfo.
- Experience with AI automation platforms like Gumloop or Zapier AI.
