Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Camp Smith, Hawaii, with primary onsite work at the customer site and remote work in the Camp Smith/Honolulu area. Must be local and willing to work up to 4 days per week onsite. Less than 20% CONUS and OCONUS travel is required.

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Integrate Two Six products and Sentr capabilities into operational plans for military and interagency customers.
• Deploy, integrate, and maintain the underlying architecture and technical implementation of Sentr capabilities.
• Analyze the information environment, identify narrative vulnerabilities, and support information operations using agentic AI and enriched data architecture.
• Coordinate technical development teams with operational commanders to align capabilities with mission objectives.
• Evaluate adversary vulnerabilities and friendly capability sets to advise on timing, risk mitigation, and target selection.
• Draft strategic documents, brief senior military leadership and government partners, and develop customer relationships and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience working directly with government customers in the national security and information-domain spaces.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility and the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
• Knowledge of information-advantage technologies and data, including PAI, data collection and analytics, natural language processing, AI, machine learning, ad tech, mobile technology, or telecommunications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate across distributed teams, learn new technologies, and operate independently.

• Experience in the information-advantage domain and related tradecraft practices.
• Experience providing mission support through product licenses rather than services alone.
