What you will do

• Support the communications team in developing public relations strategies and strategic messaging.
• Prepare internal communication materials, including company town halls and executive messaging.
• Research industry trends and monitor competitor and media activity.
• Organize office events to enhance and strengthen company culture.
• Create marketing materials for internal and external presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, brand, content, growth, product, and analytics.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a degree in marketing, business, sports, communications, or political science.
• Strong academic record (GPA).
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt style to different audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto, Ontario office (Hybrid).
