What you will do

• Develop and iterate the promotional calendar to meet revenue targets, balancing global consistency with regional nuances.
• Negotiate vendor-funded discounts and drive merchant participation through education and enablement.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including requirement planning, creative asset development, setup, and testing.
• Implement segmentation strategies to target promotions by geography, tier, and product-specific categories.
• Track and report on promotion performance using quantitative insights to optimize future campaigns and provide executive-level visibility.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance promotion tools and features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in promotions, marketplace operations, e-commerce, or partner marketing.
• Experience with cross-channel marketing platforms (Iterable is an asset).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Amplitude.
• Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Availability for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
