What you will do

• Engage daily with players on Discord and other community platforms to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Create and publish short-form social content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and X.
• Monitor community sentiment and synthesize player feedback into actionable insights for the development teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Player Experience teams to support live game operations.
• Assist with basic video editing and social asset production using creative tools like Photoshop and Premiere Pro.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
• Based in Montreal and able to work in the studio environment.
• Active presence in online gaming communities such as Discord, Reddit, or Twitch.
• Strong written communication skills and a passion for multiplayer games.
• Proficiency with modern social platforms including TikTok and Instagram.

Nice to have

• Fluency in both English and French.
• Previous streaming or content creation experience.
• Familiarity with live service or multiplayer game models.
