What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
• Manage and scale 7-figure monthly budgets to ensure strong ROAS, retention, and user lifetime value.
• Leverage AppsFlyer for event mapping, attribution, and cohort analysis.
• Lead creative strategy and A/B testing for static and video assets in collaboration with art teams.
• Build and refine tracking and reporting frameworks for acquisition funnels.
• Monitor and adapt to platform changes, including SKAN and privacy updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale budgets (7 figures annually).
• Deep expertise in campaign optimization, bid strategy, and audience segmentation.
• Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition and AppsFlyer tracking.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating complex data into strategic actions.
• Must be based in and work from the office in Concord, Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Familiarity with server-to-server (S2S) setups and event tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel or TikTok Events API.
