What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt to drive high-quality installs and deposits.
• Manage and scale 7-figure monthly budgets while ensuring strong ROAS, retention, and LTV.
• Utilize AppsFlyer for event mapping, attribution, and detailed cohort analysis.
• Lead creative strategy and A/B testing frameworks in collaboration with the art team for static and video assets.
• Build and refine tracking and reporting frameworks across all acquisition funnels.
• Adapt strategies based on platform changes such as SKAN and privacy updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in media buying, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale budgets (7 figures annually).
• Deep expertise in campaign optimization, bid strategy, and audience segmentation.
• Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition and AppsFlyer tracking.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic actions.
• Must be based in and work from the office in Concord, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Familiarity with server-to-server (S2S) setups and campaign event tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel or TikTok Events API integration.
