Supply Chain Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Base annual salary: $110,000–$162,000

What you will do

• Represent logistics within a multidisciplinary supply account team.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and lead actions to close performance gaps.
• Manage demand and supply escalations and resolve supply chain disruptions.
• Develop supplier capacity growth and flexibility plans.
• Assess supplier Move Rate capability and lead supplier improvement programs.
• Identify multi-tier supply chain risks and lead cross-functional logistics improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, procurement, or a complex operational environment.
• Experience managing contract manufacturer performance in high-tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of logistics management, supplier performance management, and capacity planning.
• Experience with supplier improvement initiatives, supply chain risk management, ERP systems, supply chain planning tools, and data analysis applications.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations before starting work.
