What you will do

• Serve as the logistics representative within a multidisciplinary supply account team.
• Monitor supply delivery performance and lead improvement actions to close gaps.
• Lead demand and supply-related escalations to resolve disruptions.
• Develop and maintain supplier capacity growth and flexibility plans.
• Assess supplier capabilities and drive improvements in delivery performance and lead times.
• Identify supply chain risks across multiple tiers and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or complex operational environments.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers in high-tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles, supplier performance management, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
