What you will do

• Manage external capacity commitments, forecasts, and order loading for assembly and test subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary interface with external suppliers to secure resources and align on business plans.
• Identify and resolve short-term manufacturing capacity disconnects and underloading challenges.
• Perform demand variance analysis and track critical product progress through the manufacturing cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) teams to discuss capacity scenarios and project transfers.
• Oversee production and engineering order management while resolving supplier execution issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in factory planning, supply chain management, or production control within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong ability to lead communication with external subcontractors and manage capacity priorities.
• Proficiency in demand analysis and resolving complex manufacturing resource disconnects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including S&OP and logistics teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach to supply chain management.
• Professional proficiency in English for international stakeholder communication.
