What you will do

• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for new product launches and major updates, defining milestones and resource requirements.
• Coordinate across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure successful commercial launches.
• Lead process improvement initiatives from scoping through implementation to enhance business efficiency.
• Manage project tracking for ecommerce systems (Drupal, Salesforce) using Jira to track dependencies and surface blockers.
• Translate technical engineering status into clear, non-technical updates for executive stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize status summaries, risk logs, and meeting documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
• 5+ years of full lifecycle project management experience using PMBOK or equivalent methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Experience in edtech, SaaS, or academic enterprise environments.
• Fluency in Jira (workflow configuration, reporting, and dependency tracking).
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), APIs, and release management.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or Drupal CMS platforms.
