What you will do

• Develop and deliver the supply chain planning ecosystem roadmap and strategic initiatives for cost reduction and risk management.
• Manage external vendors, including foundries, assembly, testing, and warehousing, to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive the implementation of advanced analytics, reporting capabilities, and necessary data infrastructure for supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with Business Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Suppliers to optimize supply and support revenue goals.
• Oversee the integration and enhancement of supply chain systems and improve data accuracy and governance.
• Provide actionable insights and performance recommendations to senior leadership via dashboards and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor supply chain processes, systems, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools: SQL, DAX, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.
