What you will do

• Own the end-to-end MRP process supporting CAR-T manufacturing operations at the Raritan site.
• Lead creation, execution, and governance of material supply plans aligned to demand, inventory strategy, and capacity plans.
• Own inventory management strategy for planning-controlled materials (coverage, safety stock, targets, shelf-life risk, and inventory health governance).
• Serve as the site SME for SAP S/4HANA planning processes and planning systems; drive master data governance and MRP exception management.
• Lead critical materials review and supply risk monitoring; develop contingency plans and alternative supply strategies.
• Lead and develop a team of MRP planners and inventory management specialists; manage KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degree/certification preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, materials planning/MRP, manufacturing planning, inventory management, or related disciplines.
• Experience working in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA (or equivalent ERP/MRP) experience across material master/planning parameters, MRP execution/exception management, purchase requisition/order flow, process order support, stock transfers, and planning analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead planning and inventory processes and develop high-performing teams.
• English required.
