Salary: €104,125 – €148,750 OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the strategic vision for high-value enterprise accounts, driving adoption and expansion by aligning product capabilities with business objectives.
• Act as the voice of the customer for product and engineering teams to directly influence the hirify.global product roadmap.
• Conduct platform health assessments and maturity reviews across hirify.globalfiles, images, CI/CD, and registry strategies.
• Guide customers on AI-assisted development workflows and operational governance.
• Architect and execute complex adoption plans addressing critical technical and business challenges.
• Facilitate Strategic Business Reviews for senior leadership to demonstrate the strategic value and ROI of the partnership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Senior TAM, Principal Solutions Architect, or DevOps Consultant).
• Deep, hands-on expertise in containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and the cloud-native ecosystem.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding high-value enterprise accounts.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for building relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in one of the supported European locations (England, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain).

• Experience building or contributing to a formal TAM program.
