What you will do

• Establish, negotiate, and develop carrier relationships via phone and email to build core and dedicated networks.
• Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction by ensuring freight is picked up and delivered on time.
• Meet or exceed team financial and individual performance goals.
• Analyze carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and factors impacting freight markets.
• Manage and update carrier profiles to act as an advocate for the carrier on all levels.
• Identify internal freight lanes and match them with suitable carrier capacity.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in carrier management or carrier sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Rogers, AR.

Nice to have

• 3PL knowledge or prior experience within a Freight Brokerage environment.
• Prior experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience working with Truckload shipments.
