What you will do
- Manage and scale a region of fulfillment centers to support growing capacity and demand.
- Track and report KPIs, holding the team accountable to operational improvements.
- Develop and lead Operations Support Managers to implement new ideas and activations rapidly.
- Scope capital improvements and investments in machinery, technology, and WMS software.
- Collaborate with Merchant Care, Sales, and Customer Service teams to establish internal SLAs.
- Ensure all operational decisions support a safe, legal, and quality-compliant supply chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in operations, fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse management.
- Proven experience in direct-to-consumer package fulfillment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Deep experience with WMS systems and collaborating with product teams to build new functionalities.
- Must be based in Canada and able to perform 50% travel to regional sites.
Nice to have
- Experience supplying Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) or managing Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP).
