District Manager, Fulfillment Operations (E-commerce Logistics)

Location: Remote – Canada; the role requires 50% travel to regional fulfillment sites.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a regional network of partner fulfillment centers.
• Track, report, and improve operational KPIs while holding teams accountable for results.
• Develop Operations Support Managers and provide professional development for fulfillment leadership teams.
• Scope capital investments in machinery, technology, and software, including conveyors, carton sealers, and WMS functionality.
• Coordinate with Merchant Care, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Corporate Development to establish internal SLAs and improve merchant satisfaction.
• Evaluate fulfillment partners and ensure safe, legal, quality-compliant, and food-safety-compliant supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in operations, fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse management, preferably in a complex in-house operation.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer package fulfillment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Deep experience with WMS systems, including partnering with product teams to build new functionality and communicate data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to travel to regional sites for approximately 50% of the role.

Nice to have

• Experience supplying Fulfillment by Amazon or managing Seller Fulfilled Prime in an owned fulfillment center.
