Transportation Manager (E-commerce Logistics)

Location: Berlin, Germany — hybrid

What you will do

• Own end-to-end transportation processes from collection at warehouses through delivery to final customers.
• Manage the carrier portfolio through performance reviews and operational-readiness activities.
• Identify and lead continuous-improvement and growth initiatives.
• Work with a Data Analyst to develop and monitor transportation KPIs.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Warehouse, and Product teams.
• Support capacity planning, market research, and sourcing of new carriers.

Requirements

• More than two years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or project management.
• Master’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Transportation, or a related technical field.
• Fluent French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience scoping, leading, and delivering moderately complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder-management, teamwork, customer-experience, and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while delivering timely and accurate results.
