District Manager (DashMart)

Location: United States, Atlanta area; remote designation with regular onsite work at a reasonably commutable DashMart location, including weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours.

Salary: $81,600–$120,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and retain Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Shift Leads, and Operations Associates across multiple facilities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of 4–6 DashMart locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable site processes.
• Manage market performance across quality, storefront reliability, efficiency, and profitability metrics.
• Run process-improvement pilots and projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support market expansion, operational scaling, best-practice adoption, and change management.
• Partner with central teams to improve customer order experiences and equip frontline teams with the necessary resources.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite regularly within a reasonably commutable distance of a DashMart in the advertised location.
• Availability for a flexible schedule in a 24/7 business, including non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, retail or warehouse management, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience leading and managing teams of 15+ employees and/or multiple locations.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with a data-driven problem-solving approach.
• Experience leading teams, managing change, and improving operational performance.

Nice to have

• Experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
• Operational experience in logistics, fulfillment centers, or warehousing.
• Experience managing high-volume operations across different local labor market requirements.
• Multi-unit management experience.
• Experience building and training high-performing teams.
