What you will do

• Coordinate all onboarding activities and manage workflows and timelines for new hires.
• Complete and manage I-9 verification and E-Verify processes to ensure legal compliance.
• Support New Employee Orientation (NEO) and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HR systems like Workday.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors to resolve onboarding issues.
• Track onboarding metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in HR, Recruiting Coordination, or Talent Acquisition support.
• Proven experience supporting employee onboarding processes and HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and other corporate collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Box).
• Must be worked on a W2 basis; No C2C eligibility.
