What you will do

• Schedule high volumes of phone screens for intern candidates, coordinating between managers and prospects.
• Liaise with candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed status updates for hiring teams and recruiting leadership.
• Ensure all interview communications provide necessary information for success.
• Assist the Intern Program and University Outreach team with special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Previous professional experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 6+ months of professional experience in HR, marketing, sales, or technology.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
