What you will do

• Lead end-to-end high-volume recruiting for video contributor contractor roles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Manage candidate pipelines from initial screening through onboarding.
• Partner with operations and project managers to align hiring with production goals.
• Optimize recruiting funnels and workflows to improve hiring velocity.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics and funnel performance.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in high-volume, contractor, or operations hiring.
• Must be available to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA 4-5 days per week.
• Proven ability to scale recruiting processes in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with creative recruiting channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in staffing, marketplace, or BPO recruiting.
• Background in recruiting for content creation or media operations.
• Familiarity with hourly workforce recruiting.
• Experience with ATS optimization and recruiting analytics.
