Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role specifically within the fintech sector.
• Proven track record of managing a desk, hitting KPIs, and driving revenue.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate activity into consistent results.
• Resilience and the ability to navigate complex, non-linear recruitment processes.
• Must be based in Chicago as this is an onsite role.
