Experienced Recruiter – Technology and Business Operations

Location: Chicago, United States

Base salary: $120,000–$160,000 USD per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with technology and business operations leaders to understand hiring priorities and team needs.
• Advise hiring managers on talent markets, candidate availability, assessment, and recruiting practices.
• Develop sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and research.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and market mapping through assessment, offers, and closing.
• Assess candidates and create a personalized, engaging candidate experience.
• Manage external recruiting partners and improve processes using stakeholder updates, data, and market insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technology, business operations, or a similarly broad portfolio.
• Track record of identifying, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong stakeholder management, advisory, communication, organization, and execution skills.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Undergraduate degree required; immigration sponsorship is not offered for this opening.
