What you will do

• Manage FinOps customer requests using advanced Zendesk tools, including Triggers, Tagging, and Routing Queues.
• Monitor the global end-to-end client transaction lifecycle and detect exceptions via data reports and dashboards.
• Support daily safeguarding obligations across multiple Airwallex entities.
• Monitor clearing and settlement of client funds to improve liquidity management and treasury efficiency.
• Maintain team knowledge bases and refine standard operating procedures to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop data-oriented performance metrics and QA frameworks to minimize operational risk and control defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Zendesk responding to customer requests.
• Must be based in Lithuania.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation.
• Ability to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a preference for a documented approach.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of experience in Startup or Fintech environments.
• Experience with AI tools and process automation.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Databricks.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker and Data Studio.
