• Take ownership of the CDD methodology framework for onboarding and regular reviews.
• Monitor account closures and implement controls to address methodology gaps.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers to improve Customer Risk Assessment model accuracy.
• Research and implement new AI-driven CDD and identity verification methods.
• Draft guidance and provide training to the 1st Line of Defence CDD team.
• Manage one direct report and contribute to Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment cycles.

Требования

• 7–10 years of experience in a regulated financial institution, preferably in fintech.
• Solid 2nd Line of Defence background with hands-on expertise in CDD processes.
• Proven project management skills with experience streamlining due diligence workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret performance metrics.
• Business proficiency in English is required.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
