What you will do

• Design, maintain, and improve the company topline revenue model with accountability for forecast accuracy.
• Lead the redesign of revenue modeling toward a scalable, auditable structure.
• Integrate subscription economics including recurring revenue, cohort analysis, and churn into planning.
• Develop scenario and what-if models for budgeting and long-range planning.
• Drive alignment of key KPI definitions across Finance, Data, and Accounting.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Monetization teams on pricing and ROI assessments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or highly analytical roles.
• Deep familiarity with subscription metrics like LTV, churn, and retention.
• Proven track record of owning company-level revenue or topline models.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with planning tools like Pigment is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate stakeholder input into scalable model structures for management and Board audiences.

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Python, R, or BI tools.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• Background in high-growth or subscription-based businesses.
