What you will do

• Lead and manage the network engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems.
• Act as an escalation point for complex network issues, conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Implement and maintain network monitoring and performance tuning tools to ensure high availability.
• Oversee network security in collaboration with the cybersecurity team and ensure policy compliance.
• Architect and implement hybrid cloud network environments using Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• 3 to 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Meraki, and Arista.
• Expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS, VLANs, STP).
• Experience with Azure Cloud Networking (ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN HUB, VNET Subnetting).
