Sr Network Engineer / Architect, Global Network & Security

Location: Hybrid role based at Alpharetta, GA; Boston, MA; or Billerica, MA. Remote work is available Monday and Friday, with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday. Up to 15% domestic and international travel is required.

Salary: $143,650–$214,900 per year, plus annual bonus based on company performance.

What you will do

• Own the global enterprise network platform across LAN, WAN, wireless, remote access, voice, firewalls, and perimeter services.
• Define the target-state network architecture, standards, technology roadmap, and modernization initiatives covering SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud networking.
• Design, configure, implement, and operate secure network solutions across IT and manufacturing OT environments.
• Lead site deployments, migrations, cutovers, and post-deployment stabilization, including documentation, runbooks, and acceptance criteria.
• Govern managed service providers and coordinate with regional IT teams and vendors to resolve complex network and security issues.
• Align network segmentation, access control, logging, telemetry, detection, and response capabilities with enterprise security principles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise networking experience spanning engineering and architecture.
• Experience owning or operating a global network platform.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, WAN architectures, and network security controls.
• Experience with Zero Trust concepts, network segmentation, secure access models, and MSP or hybrid delivery models.
• University degree or equivalent experience in related technologies.
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Network architecture experience in global industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with SASE or SSE platforms such as Zscaler, Netskope, or Prisma.
• Cloud networking experience with Azure or AWS and OT network segmentation.
• CCNP, CCDA/CCDP, Fortinet NSE 4+, or CWNA certification.
• Knowledge of NIST or ISO 27001, ServiceNow, Python, or Ansible.
