Senior Network Administrator (Network Security)

What you will do

• Administer, configure, maintain, upgrade, and document enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, routing, switching, SDN, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Support firewalls, VPN services, secure remote access, network segmentation, access control, and identity-aware networking.
• Manage data center, load balancing, application delivery, cloud networking, and hybrid connectivity between on-premises and hosted environments.
• Monitor network health, performance, availability, and capacity; diagnose complex incidents and participate in problem, change, and root-cause analysis processes.
• Collaborate with server, storage, backup, cloud, cybersecurity, service-provider, and project teams on infrastructure integration and delivery.
• Contribute to network resilience, disaster recovery testing, business continuity, operational improvements, and infrastructure modernization.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise networking environments, including routing, switching, segmentation, and secure connectivity.
• Experience with network access control, identity-aware networking, firewalls, VPNs, secure remote access, load balancing, and application delivery technologies.
• Experience with cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, and enterprise infrastructure involving Windows, Linux, and virtualization platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting complex networking and infrastructure issues in structured IT operational and service-management environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, analyze complex technical problems, exercise sound technical judgment, and communicate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with typically 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
