Network Engineer (Cloud Networking)

Location: North Hollywood, California, USA; hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Build, deploy, configure, and support reliable, scalable network infrastructure for broadcast and media production facilities.
• Configure and support Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, and F5 networking and firewall platforms.
• Implement Palo Alto firewall policies through Panorama.
• Support AWS and Azure network connectivity, including Direct Connect and ExpressRoute.
• Participate in an operational on-call rotation supporting 24x7 production on-air network infrastructure.
• Provide technical documentation, network diagrams, troubleshooting, and occasional project or remote event support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and supporting multi-vendor network technology.
• Experience with Cisco IOS, NX-OS, and XR, Arista, Palo Alto, and F5.
• Hands-on experience implementing Palo Alto firewall policy with Panorama.
• Experience configuring AWS and Azure networks, including Direct Connect and ExpressRoute.
• Ability to document technical environments, create diagrams, analyze network logs, and troubleshoot production and design issues.
• Ability to work from the office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OSPF, IS-IS, vPC, port-channeling, 10/40/100G optics, IPsec, QoS, VLANs, multicast, MP-BGP, MPLS, traffic engineering, L3VPN, and VRF.
• Experience with network automation and version control tools such as Ansible and Git.
