What you will do

• Analyze, design, install, and configure network hardware and software environments for the AMER region.
• Tune and upgrade network performance and security, managing SD-WAN, LAN, and WAN topologies.
• Provide technical support for infrastructure environments and resolve production issues to minimize business impact.
• Monitor network performance and establish capacity growth plans to ensure quality of service.
• Coordinate with the Global network team and IT management to estimate and implement project assignments.
• Perform on-site and off-site auction sale setup and provide hardware support for regional offices.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, United States.
• At least 3 years of network engineering experience in a company with 10+ locations.
• Strong proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and Cisco Meraki network appliance configuration.
• Deep knowledge of firewalls, web filtering solutions, and basic network protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft Server operating systems and Enterprise Applications (Exchange, Office 365).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related area.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Mimecast, AWS, Azure, Linux, DLP, Google Cloud Platform, MDM, or JAMF Pro.
