Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform and manage detailed electrical studies for utility clients in support of substation design projects.
• Provide coaching and mentorship for team members to ensure professional development and career growth.
• Conduct review and QA/QC for electrical studies in support of design teams.
• Provide regulatory compliance services from conceptual design through project testing and commissioning.
• Establish study templates, methodologies, and best practices for electrical system studies.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for power system analysis software and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• FE licensure is required, PE is preferred.
• Knowledge of medium and low voltage distribution, switchgear, and motor control centers.
• Experience with industry-standard software such as PowerFactory, ETAP, SKM Power Tools, PSCAD, or PSSe.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
