What you will do

• Assemble basic avionics components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform wire preparation tasks including cutting, stripping, crimping, and labeling.
• Route, dress, and secure wiring in accordance with defined standards.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or workmanship issues.
• Utilize basic hand tools and test equipment, such as multimeters, under supervision.
• Complete production documentation and strictly follow ESD, FOD, safety, and quality procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of experience in electronics, avionics, or precision assembly.
• Ability to read basic assembly drawings and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility in the United States via E-Verify.
