What you will do

• Own and lead the delivery of AI platform solutions for enterprise customers.
• Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboardings.
• Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward production launches.
• Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive follow-up improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in CDMX - Mexico City
• Experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, or fast-growing startups.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving forward.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience.
• Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment.
• Experience supporting production software launches and ongoing operations.
