Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 base salary plus annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and key client contacts.
• Execute strategic and clinical outcomes achievement plans to drive patient-centered care practices.
• Deliver and support comprehensive client training programs to increase system utilization.
• Serve as the project manager for all development, content, and configuration requests for the hospital.
• Monitor daily system utilization and implement action plans to address underutilization.
• Triage hardware and software issues as the primary on-site point of contact for the Patient Engagement Platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4-6 years of military work experience.
• Previous experience working within a hospital or other healthcare environment is required.
• Willingness to submit to a federal government background check and regular drug testing.
• Must meet all client specific requirements, including immunizations and screening.
• Occasional travel to the Bethesda, MD headquarters.
• Flexibility in schedule, including occasional weekend availability.
