What you will do

• Analyze and explain portfolio performance and conduct account-level reconciliation.
• Manage client onboarding, account setup, and day-to-day technical support.
• Configure system settings for new clients, financial accounts, and asset classifications.
• Manage data feeds and create custom reports tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to drive system enhancements and resolve data issues.
• Establish operational effectiveness through the development of new policies and controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a related financial or client delivery field.
• Bachelor's degree from a rigorous undergraduate program.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments and RIA/Wealth Management policies.
• Experience with custodians such as Pershing, Schwab, or Fidelity.
• Proficiency with wealth management platforms like Addepar, Black Diamond, or Orion.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills and basic knowledge of database concepts.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML design and Photoshop.
• Experience with planning tools such as eMoney or MoneyGuidePro.
