Director, Digital Site Leader - Phoenix (HVAC)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States — onsite

Annual base salary: $142,600–$250,900, plus a 30% bonus. The listed range is associated with the job grade and is stated as being in Minnesota.

What you will do

• Lead digital strategy and advise Phoenix-based manufacturing, sales, parts, and majority-owned business operations.
• Develop and execute a multi-year digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Drive digital transformation through workflow automation, analytics, AI, process improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
• Lead the phased integration of majority-owned businesses into the DAA technology ecosystem while maintaining business continuity.
• Manage site infrastructure, applications, end-user computing, telecommunications, collaboration technologies, technology risks, and audit readiness.
• Improve the reliability, resilience, performance, and employee experience of digital services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technology innovation experience and 10+ years of progressive leadership or digital transformation delivery experience.
• 6+ years of people leadership and 4+ years of program management experience, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience across infrastructure, security, analytics, applications such as CRM and ERP, and business processes.
• Experience in industrial, HVAC, manufacturing, sales, or service sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, stakeholder management, and senior-leader influence skills. Work visa sponsorship is not available.
