What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the phased integration of majority-owned businesses into the DAA technology ecosystem.
• Drive digital optimization using analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
• Manage site technology infrastructure, applications, end-user computing, and cybersecurity standards.
• Partner with site leadership to translate business priorities into actionable technology solutions.
• Champion user-centric technologies and support models to enhance digital employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of technology innovation experience, including infrastructure, applications, and security.
• 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital transformation delivery.
• Experience in industrial, HVAC, or manufacturing sectors.
• 4+ years of program management experience handling multiple simultaneous projects.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
