Director, Program & Internal Alliance Manager - AI Molecular Design - USA Remote

Location: USA - Remote

Annual salary: $180,000–$220,000, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Translate the AI Molecular Design enterprise strategy into a focused portfolio with priorities, success metrics, funding alignment, and milestone tracking.
• Lead portfolio governance, including prioritization, resourcing, sequencing, contracting, invoicing, and financial oversight.
• Establish an operating cadence across initiatives and operating companies to improve alignment, transparency, and predictable execution.
• Integrate AI teams, operating companies, and external partners by aligning use cases, business cases, and success metrics.
• Drive adoption, reuse, and sustained value realization across the enterprise.
• Provide executive-level insights on performance, risks, and financials while applying hirify.global Business System principles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in operational roles.
• Advanced degree in a scientific or technical field such as engineering, computer science, chemistry, or biology.
• Experience managing complex partnerships and alliances and aligning stakeholders across functions and operating companies.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional contributors.
• Experience using portfolio or program management tools to support structured execution, prioritization, and delivery.
• Ability to work strategically in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing near-term constraints with long-term AI strategy.

• Familiarity with hirify.global's business model and commercial activities.
• Experience applying hirify.global Business System tools for strategy, planning, alignment, decision-making, and tracking.
• Knowledge of commercial, sales, marketing, manufacturing operations, or supply chain domains.
