What you will do

• Manage the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, including approving Sales Orders in Salesforce and ensuring accuracy against order forms.
• Execute invoicing and ensure tax compliance using Avalara, and handle e-invoicing via platforms like Ariba and Coupa.
• Drive collection activities to maximize cash receipts, issuing dunning letters and managing overdue accounts.
• Perform month-end reconciliations to ensure billing consistency between Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Deal Desk to resolve revenue-related inquiries.
• Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits and assist the technical accounting team.

Requirements

• AA Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in collections, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience with E-invoicing platforms (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) and tax platforms like Avalara.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
