Location: Remote (Must be based in Brazil). Must be able to work a schedule aligned with U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours.

What you will do

• Support monthly financial close processes by preparing journal entries and schedules.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure complete accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with accounts payable, cash payments, payroll accounting, and expense management workflows.
• Analyze account variances and explain fluctuations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed accounting documentation and audit trails to support operational compliance.
• Collaborate with People and Finance teams to support payroll and benefits accounting processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Ability to work aligned with U.S. PST or MST business hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with modern AP systems such as Airbase.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and enhance outputs.
