What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior pharmaceutical clients and influence brand direction through executive-level counsel.
• Lead the development of integrated brand and engagement strategies that connect customer insight with omnichannel execution.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across Account, Creative, Medical, and Media to ensure strategic excellence.
• Drive strategic rigor by grounding recommendations in research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
• Lead business development efforts by shaping strategic narratives and contributing to new business pitches.
• Mentor the Strategy team and facilitate high-impact workshops and executive discussions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of strategic planning experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare communications agency.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven track record of building trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders (Brand Directors, Franchise Leads).
• Deep expertise in developing brand strategy, positioning, messaging frameworks, and integrated omnichannel plans.
• Experience leading strategic planning across a brand lifecycle, with product launch experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
