Industry Advisor – Healthcare (AI)

Location: Remote, United States; travel 25–40% for customer engagements, industry events, and partner meetings.

Compensation: OTE of $225,000–$295,000 with a 75/25 mix, plus equity.

What you will do

• Advise senior healthcare and life sciences executives during strategic deals through discovery sessions, workshops, presentations, value cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Build reusable healthcare playbooks, including value frameworks, use cases, benchmarks, customer stories, and executive conversation guides.
• Develop perspectives on healthcare trends, regulation, and emerging technology, and represent hirify.global at conferences, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Create and lead executive roundtables, customer advisory boards, and industry councils with leaders, partners, and analysts.
• Bring customer and market insights to Product, Engineering, and AI teams to help build industry-specific solutions.
• Use AI daily for research, customer preparation, analysis, and content development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare or life sciences, enterprise software, management consulting, value engineering, or business transformation.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare or life sciences processes, operating models, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Experience advising senior executives, including General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, CPOs, Chief Compliance Officers, CFOs, COOs, and clinical, commercial, or supply chain leaders.
• Track record of connecting industry challenges to measurable business outcomes and value.
• Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management and related business processes, plus practical current use of AI.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong consultative selling, facilitation, storytelling, and enterprise software demonstration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CLM, legal technology, procurement technology, ERP transformation, ROI models, or value frameworks.
• Experience working with global system integrators, analysts, or industry associations.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional qualification.
