OneHome Strategy Advancement Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead OneHome strategic planning, market expansion, capability development, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Research industries, conduct expert interviews, and develop frameworks to identify opportunities and operational gaps.
• Evaluate complex growth and care-delivery opportunities through business cases and feasibility analyses.
• Develop strategic recommendations, high-level product requirements, and executable transformation roadmaps.
• Manage the strategic initiative portfolio, including prioritization, governance, performance reporting, risks, and dependencies.
• Create executive dashboards, leadership briefings, Board materials, and enterprise communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in strategy, line of business management, finance, or consulting.
• Two or more years of project leadership experience.
• Strong strategic, financial, analytical, and data interpretation skills, including business case development.
• Executive communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Competency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience, particularly Medicare Advantage or value-based care strategy and contracting.
• Knowledge of hirify.global enterprise business functions and processes.
• Passion for value-based healthcare for seniors.
