Growth Strategy Principal (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, with options to work from hirify.global's New York office or Louisville headquarters; remote work is primarily conducted on Eastern time. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $166,700–$229,200 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage multiple high-profile, high-impact growth strategy projects.
• Lead interviews and working sessions with Enterprise Growth and business leaders.
• Lead teams conducting industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis.
• Develop clear analyses, deliverables, findings, and strategic recommendations.
• Shape implementation considerations and help transition analysis into execution.
• Facilitate critical meetings, build consensus, and collaborate across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 6–8+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate or business unit strategy, or finance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and complex quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to build trust with business leaders and work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior staff.

Nice to have

• MBA, MPH, PhD, or another graduate degree in a management field.
• Managed care or healthcare services experience.
