Growth Strategy Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, primarily working Eastern time; office options include Midtown Manhattan and Louisville, Kentucky. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required.

Salary: $103,600–$142,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Conduct analysis and work streams for high-profile enterprise growth strategy projects.
• Support Medicare Advantage enrollment growth strategies by evaluating marketing, sales, and product investment trade-offs.
• Develop Medicare product strategies aligned with target growth segments.
• Perform industry, market, competitor, financial, quantitative, and qualitative analysis.
• Create clear analyses, deliverables, findings, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, executives, and cross-functional teams to support implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• At least 2 years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate or business-unit strategy, or finance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with business leaders and mentor junior staff.
• Ability to work remotely primarily on Eastern time and maintain a dedicated workspace that protects PHI and HIPAA information.
