Sr. Consultant, Consulting Services (Pharmaceutical Consulting)

Location: Hybrid role with approximately 50% office presence in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Lead consulting projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage client relationships as the primary day-to-day contact.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, budgets, quality standards, and execution risk.
• Conduct and oversee market research and analysis, and develop client recommendations.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and workshops.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to proposals, business development, and account growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Project management and client-facing experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
