Salary: $115,000 - $128,000 a year

What you will do

• Provide programmatic and acquisition support to the FMS Program Manager.
• Coordinate briefings, action item responses, and official questions for high-level program meetings.
• Draft memorandums, white papers, and talking points for Japan Program Leadership.
• Develop and track Foreign Visit Requests (FVR), Notice of Visit (NOV), and APACS requests.
• Analyze schedules and provide program impact analysis to minimize delays.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to finalize tasks and develop products within schedule.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Dahlgren, VA.
• Background in Aegis Combat System or Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with foreign military partners on FMS programs.
• Expertise with the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense Weapon System and the SM-3 missile.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with government contract proposal development and submission.
• Advanced knowledge of acquisition regulations and procedures.
